About Us:

We are looking for a Junior Building Performance Analyst (Architect) to join our New Delhi team.

We work on Projects for optimizing building Facade design, HVAC system sizing and selection, Integrating Passive and low-energy comfort systems, Renewable energy, and Building operations and controls.

The Role

Develop 3D energy models (BIMgBXMLEnergy conversions).

Perform climate and environmental analysis using Rhino, Grasshopper, and Ladybug tools.

Support founders and senior analysts in performing simulations, analysis, and documentation for Green certification and research.

Turn complex data into beautiful, insightful presentations for clients.

What We Are Looking For

Background:

B.Arch / M.Arch (Subject matter expertise > Degrees).

Software Skills:

Working knowledge of Rhino/Grasshopper, 2D CAD and basic exposure to Ladybug tools (Grasshopper), DesignBuilder, ClimateStudio and BIM.

Data Skills:

Interest in learning Python, Excel, or Tableau for data Analysis.

Mindset:

A strong technical acumen in building construction and a passion for Designing High performance buildings.
