Jr. Building Maintenance Eng for Real Estate - Punawale Location

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect residential buildings, common areas, amenities, parking areas and other facilities for civil maintenance requirements.
• Identify and coordinate repairs related to water leakage, seepage, cracks, plaster, painting, tiling, waterproofing and masonry works.
• Attend and resolve day-to-day civil maintenance complaints from residents/customers.
• Prepare maintenance requirements and coordinate with contractors, vendors and workmen.
• Supervise civil repair and maintenance activities at site and ensure quality and timely completion.
• Monitor waterproofing, plumbing-related civil works, drainage and seepage issues in coordination with the concerned team.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building and identify preventive maintenance requirements.
• Prepare work estimates, material requirements and basic BOQs for maintenance works.
• Maintain records of complaints, maintenance activities, material usage and completed works.
• Coordinate with Facility Management, MEP, Security, Housekeeping and other departments for smooth facility operations.
• Ensure safety practices are followed during maintenance and repair activities.
• Support senior engineers/facility managers in planning and execution of maintenance activities.
