Qualifications

• Foundational barista skills or a strong interest in learning espresso preparation, brewing methods, and coffee presentation.
• Customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills, to engage guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Basic Food Preparation abilities and a commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to take direction from senior team members.
• Prior café or retail experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided for motivated, reliable candidates.
