Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Architect role located in Chennai. The Jr. Architect will assist senior designers in conceptualizing, designing, and executing projects. Responsibilities include creating interior designs, integrating software solutions into project workflows, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring projects are executed with precision and within timelines. Additionally, the Jr. Architect will contribute to project management efforts, from initial planning stages to completion, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Commercial and Healthcare Design, with a keen understanding of design principles and space and medical planning
• Knowledge of Autocad, 3DS Max etc
• Strong capabilities in Project Management, including organization, communication, and team collaboration
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills essential to the role
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in using architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp is a must
• Familiarity with building codes and construction standards is advantageous
• Prior experience in similar roles is a bonus but not mandatory
• Interested in hospital/healthcare design
