Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer with strong technical skills to prepare Interior GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and support project execution. The role requires close coordination with site teams, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure accurate translation of design intent into buildable drawings.
Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Drawings
Prepare detailed Interior GFC drawings, including:
- Floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections
- Furniture layouts and joinery details
- Wall finishes, flooring, ceiling, and lighting layouts
- Door, window, and hardware details
- Develop working drawings suitable for site execution
Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for drawing clarifications
- Resolve site queries and issue revised drawings when required
- Assist in material specifications and detailing for interiors
Design Development
- Translate concept designs into technical and execution drawings
- Ensure alignment between design intent, budgets, and site constraints
- Support design presentations and client discussions when needed
Documentation & Quality Control
- Maintain drawing sets, revisions, and issue logs
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 26 years of relevant experience in interior projects
- Strong expertise in Interior GFC / working drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp / 3D software is a plus
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery detailing
- Working knowledge of construction and interior execution practices
