Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Summary
The Junior Architect will assist in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of design outputs aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of conceptual, schematic, and working drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Prepare presentations, 3D views, and design reports for internal and client reviews.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure design integration.
- Assist in preparing municipal drawings and documentation for approvals and permissions.
- Conduct site visits to understand project progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project documentation systematically.
- Support the Senior Architect and Project Manager in design detailing and execution coordination.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, bye-laws, and company design standards.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of experience in an architectural or real estate developer firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong visualization and design detailing ability.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and municipal processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in real estate development projects (residential, township, or commercial).
- Exposure to coordination with consultants and understanding of project execution workflows.
- Knowledge of local development regulations (e.g., DCR, UDCPR, etc.).
