Jr. and Sr. Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Study Abroad Counselor to guide students through their international education journey, focusing on universities in the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify students career goals, future prospects, and potential background information gaps

·       Provide comprehensive counseling on: Universities and courses across target countries, Admission requirements and entrance exams, & Scholarship opportunities

·       Advise students on academic, personal, professional, and financial requirements for studying abroad

·       Assist with application form filling and documentation

·       Provide guidance on: SOP, LOR, Resume preparation

·       Recommend courses aligned with students needs and aspirations

·       Conduct telephonic counseling and schedule in-office consultations

·       Offer detailed visa process information and assistance

·       Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and Excel

·       Perform lead follow-ups and convert inquiries into applications

Qualifications Required:

·       Higher Secondary Education (Graduation preferred)

·       2 years experience in counseling and application processing

·       Strong communication skills

·       Proficiency in English and Hindi

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience in international education counseling

·       Knowledge of study abroad processes

·       Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

·       Comfortable with client interactions and follow-ups

·       Familiarity with CRM systems
