We're now looking for a Junior Developer (1+ years experience) who's hungry to learn, build, and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- You'll work across two exciting worlds:
- AI Agents: Help us build GenAI agents using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, MCPs, and more on our internal Agno platform (think of it as ChatGPT with a brain for eCommerce).
- Core SaaS (EcoReturns): Support and develop features for our Django/Postgres/Azure-powered product that's saving brands thousands of dollars in returns.
Requirements
- You've got 1+ years of experience in Python and have touched Django or similar frameworks.
- You're not afraid of APIs, prompt engineering, or thinking about how an AI agent should talk to customers.
- You like seeing your code go live fast (and even better, used by real users).
- You're curious, hands-on, and excited to work with both traditional software and emerging AI tools.
- You thrive in hybrid teams (3 days in our HSR Layout office, the rest WFH).
Bonus Points If You
- Have played with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Understand the basics of NLP, LangChain, or vector databases.
- Have side projects, GitHub repos, or can talk about stuff you've built with pride.
