Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

Write and publish compelling articles, newsletters, and market updates focused on the US housing market, mortgage trends, and real estate insights.

Break down complex data and reports into engaging, easy-to-understand stories for a diverse audience.

Stay ahead of breaking news and legislative changes to deliver timely, relevant updates.

Collaborate with editors, marketers, and social media teams to expand the reach and impact of your work.

Analyse content performance and audience feedback to refine future articles and newsletters.

Uphold strict publication guidelines and ethics, adhering to both American and Indian journalistic standards.

Build strong relationships with industry experts and trusted contacts to gather tips and leads for impactful stories.

What You Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Media, or a related field. (But passion and experience go a long way, too!)

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Journalist or in a similar role covering real estate, business, or finance. (Love uncovering stories You're in!)

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for connecting with readers.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. (Empathy and adaptability are your secret weapons!)

Able to thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. (Pressure fuels your creativity!)

Nice to Haves

Knowledge of AP Stylebook or similar editorial guidelines.

A solid understanding of the US housing market, including trends, policy changes, and economic drivers.

Experience creating newsletters and tailoring them to specific audience segments.
