Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in executive support, financial analysis, or business operations.

• Strong understanding of financial services, banking, or investment management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial modeling tools.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Executive & Administrative Support:

• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.

• Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation on behalf of the CEO's office.

• Maintain and organize confidential files and records.

• Support the CEO / Business Head with internal updates, presentations, and data requests.

• Prepare dashboards and MIS across IB and IE.

• Bring sharper analytics into decision-making (client profitability, sector focus, deal success rates)

2. Financial & Strategic Support:

• Work with IB and IE leadership to define annual strategy, business plans, and growth priorities.

• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives with clear ownership and timelines.

• Track industry trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunity areas (IPO, M&A, block deals, structured products)

• Drive rigorous tracking of key business metrics (deal pipeline, closures, revenues, client coverage) • Drive integrated client coverage strategy (origination + distribution)

• Conduct industry and market research to support strategic decision-making.

• Assist in tracking key financial and business performance metrics.

• Support in the preparation of board meeting materials and investor reports.

• Coordinate with finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Enable data-driven strategy refinement.

3. Stakeholder & Project Management:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and regulators.

• Support in the planning and execution of executive-level meetings and events.

• Assist in tracking and following up on action items from leadership meetings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.

4. Process Improvement:

• Support implementation of basic systems/tools for tracking and reporting.

• Identify gaps in reporting, coordination, or execution processes.

• Assist in tracking and following up on action items from leadership meetings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Run periodic business reviews with both teams.

• Build and institutionalize collaboration between IB and IE teams.
