Customer Service Executive (International Voice)

Work Location: Malad / Thane

Work Type: Office-Based

Shift: Night Shift Rotational (US / UK / Australian)

Salary: 18,000 35,000

Availability: Immediate Joiners Required

Role Purpose

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling international voice calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of service delivery for global clients.

Key Functions

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate call records and documentation
  • Meet service-level targets and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with global customers

Desired Candidate

  • Excellent command of English (mandatory)
  • Open to freshers and experienced candidates
  • Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs
  • Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
  • Must be available to join immediately
