We are seeking a skilled Joinery Draftsman to join our team in Bangalore with 6 to 11 years experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drawing experience in bespoke joinery, interior fit-out, and production detailing, with the ability to convert design concepts into accurate shop drawings ready for manufacturing and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings for wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, doors, wall cladding, furniture, and custom interior elements.
- Produce production drawings, cutting lists, assembly details, and material specifications for factory use.
- Coordinate drawings with interior designers, project managers, site teams, and production staff.
- Review design intent drawings and develop practical manufacturing solutions.
- Conduct site measurements when required and incorporate as-built conditions into drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project dimensions, finishes, hardware, and technical requirements.
- Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and internal feedback.
- Support procurement teams with technical details for materials and hardware orders.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joinery Draftsman in joinery, fit-out, or interior contracting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SketchUp, SolidWorks, Cabinet Vision, or similar software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of joinery construction methods, materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and interior design drawings.
- Good knowledge of site coordination and installation requirements.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in the UAE market is preferred.

- Joinery factory / woodworking production experience.

- Familiarity with wardrobes, kitchens, custom furniture, and decorative paneling systems.
