Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound voice calls from international (US) customers
  • Resolve healthcare service-related inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure accurate documentation
  • Follow process protocols and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams as required for escalations or issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates or undergraduates with strong English communication skills
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Must be willing to work in US rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

Important Note:

  • Candidates with AR Calling, non-voice, or backend experience are NOT eligible
  • Only candidates with voice process experience (if experienced) will be considered
