Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Trivandrum. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily tasks related to customer interaction, handling sales and purchases of pre-owned luxury vehicles, coordinating quality inspections, and managing documentation verification processes. The role requires fostering strong client relationships, overseeing showroom operations, and ensuring a seamless luxury car buyer experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and propose innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of luxury and high-performance automobile brands and vehicles
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough Quality Inspections, Performance Evaluations, and Documentation Verification
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Inventory Management software, and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in automobile sales or a similar domain would be an added advantage
