Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of real estate projects, perform market research, and provide guidance for clients in finding and purchasing properties. Responsibilities will include creating property listings, building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating property viewings, and supporting clients through legal and administrative processes. A focus on delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to understand and forecast real estate trends
• Strong organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in real estate negotiation and contract management is a plus
• Ability to leverage technology tools for property listing, tracking, and client management
• A working understanding of legal documentation and mortgage processes related to real estate
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to deliver excellent client experiences
• Relevant experience in real estate, sales, or customer service roles preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
• Proficiency in local languages along with English is a plus
