About the Role
We are looking for a sharp and people-savvy Project Manager to join our Intelligent Automation team. This role focuses on delivering RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven solutions, while managing both client interactions and internal operations.
The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of projects—from requirement gathering to delivery, documentation, and final sign-off—while ensuring smooth coordination across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Ownership
- Manage end-to-end automation projects from kickoff to handover
- Plan timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Identify risks, dependencies, and resolve issues proactively
- Manage scope and avoid scope creep
Client Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Conduct discovery calls and gather requirements
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Team Leadership
- Lead a team of Business Analysts and Developers
- Provide direction and ensure smooth collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, IT, operations)
- Share regular updates with management
Documentation & Governance
- Maintain project documentation (PDD, plans, reports, sign-offs)
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Follow governance and audit requirements
Process Improvement
- Improve delivery processes and best practices
- Stay updated on RPA and AI trends
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of Project Management experience
- Experience in automation / digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Good documentation skills (PDD, requirement docs, reports)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Zoho, or MS Project
