Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The position involves tasks such as guiding students through the process of applying for foreign education, including visa applications, university admissions, and test preparations. The role also includes researching educational opportunities abroad, providing counseling services, and maintaining up-to-date information about various universities and their requirements. Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and effectively communicating with clients and institutions are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Research and analytical skills for gathering and interpreting educational data
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple student cases simultaneously
• Proficiency with office software and tools for documentation and data management
• Knowledge of foreign education systems, programs, and visa processes
• Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and offer personalized guidance
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in education consultancy or a similar field is an added advantage
