Conduct on-site Power Quality Audits at industrial and commercial facilities using Power Analysers (Krykard ALM-36, Hioki, Fluke, Elspec, or equivalent Class A instruments).
Measure and record harmonics (THD-V/THD-I), power factor, voltage sags/swells/transients, flicker, unbalance, and other PQ parameters as per IEEE 519 / IEC standards.
Analyze recorded data to identify root causes of power quality issues and recommend suitable corrective solutions (AHF, SVG, APFC, Capacitor Banks).
Prepare detailed, professional PQ audit reports with waveform analysis, findings, and recommendations for client presentation.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of Power Quality panels including APFC, Hybrid Panels, and Active Harmonic Filters at customer sites.
Provide on-site and remote technical troubleshooting and after-sales service support.
Maintain accurate records of site visits, measurement data, service reports, and client communication using Salesforce CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams to translate site findings into sizing inputs and solution proposals.
Travel to client sites across regions as required for audits, commissioning, and service calls.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Power Quality auditing, panel commissioning, or industrial electrical systems.
Working knowledge of Power Analyzers : Krykard ALM-36, Hioki, Fluke, or Elspec.
Sound understanding of harmonics, power factor, voltage quality, and reactive power management concepts.
Experience with installation/commissioning of APFC, RTPFC, or AHF panels preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for report preparation.
Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy in data interpretation and reporting.
Good communication skills for client-facing technical discussions.
Willingness to travel extensively for site audits and service visits.
