Job opportunity with Headway Tek on RPA (UI Path) Architect/ 10+ Years/ Full Time/ PAN India.

Looking for UiPath Technical Architect (RPA + Agentic AI Automation) with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in UiPath, GenAI, Agentic AI, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise automation architecture. The role involves leading scalable automation solutions, mentoring technical teams, managing production support, and driving AI-first transformation.

RPA Architecture & Leadership:

• Define end-to-end RPA architecture using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, AI Center, Agentic AI, Action center, Document Understanding / IXP).
• Design and / or enhance scalable, reusable, and REFramework and custom frameworks.
• Enhance and establish coding standards, logging, monitoring, robust exception handling, and credential management practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution validation sessions.
• Guide Tech Leads and Developers on best practices, performance tuning, and delivery excellence.
• Establish reusable assets, libraries, and version control practices.
• Act as L3/L4 escalation point for design, dev, infra; Collaborate with internal and vendor partners

GenAI / Agentic AI Architecture:

• Exposure to the AI-driven automation solutions integrating UiPath with AI/ML, GenAI (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Lead implementation of intelligent use cases such as document understanding, IXP, processing, classification, summarization, and conversational AI.
• Architect GenAI solutions using platforms such as UiPath; Familiar with Azure OpenAI for knowledge assistants and decision automation.
• Design orchestration models combining bots, AI services, and autonomous agents using Maestro.
• Implement Agentic AI solutions for multi-step workflows, adaptive bots, and decision-making automation.
• Define prompt engineering strategies and ensure accuracy, reliability.

Infrastructure, Production Support & Platform Management:

• Ownership of UiPath infra platform - UiPath env setup, upgrades, migrations, patching, and scaling of bots.
• Ensure HA/DR, and capacity planning for automation platforms (UiPath licenses allocation and AI credits)

Section 5: Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Work with SMEs, Process Consultants, and Business teams to design optimal automation solutions.
• Provide technical input during estimation, solution design, and pre-sales discussions.
• Participate in solution demos, design sign-offs, and technical governance forums.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding) and Infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, APIs, and integrations.
• Programming skills : VB.Net, Python, PowerShell scripting, MS SQL Server DB
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model lifecycle.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale RPA and AI-enabled automation solutions.
• Advanced UiPath Developer, Automation Solution Architect UiPath Architecture,
• UiPath and AI certifications.

Key Role Expectations

• Flexibility to work in shifts (India second shift)
• Serve as central technical authority for UiPath and AI platforms.
• Drive transition from traditional RPA to intelligent automation.
• Mentor teams and build AI-driven automation capabilities.
• Ensure stability, scalability, and compliance of automation platforms.
