Job opening on US IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities:

Search and source resumes from leading US job boards such as Dice, TechFetch, Monster, and through Prime Vendors and Messenger platforms.

Interact and coordinate with vendors to obtain qualified candidate profiles.

Screen and submit eligible resumes to clients in a timely manner.

Maintain and update internal databases with candidate information.

Ensure quality and compliance throughout the hiring process.

Ability to work in night shifts (US Time Zone).
