Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and quality
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards
- Support menu planning and food presentation
- Ensure timely preparation and service during operations
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver excellent guest experiences
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred
- Passion for South Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
