This is a full-time, on-site role for Manufacturing Freshers at DriveX's facility in Hosur. As a team member in this position, you will be responsible for assisting in production processes, monitoring assembly lines, ensuring safety protocols are followed, supporting quality control efforts, and learning operational tasks under the guidance of senior team members. You will also contribute to maintaining high standards in the manufacturing environment while gaining hands-on experience in production workflows.

• Basic technical skills and familiarity with manufacturing tools and processes
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and operational protocols
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality in production tasks
• Willingness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Qualification: Diploma, ITI, or relevant technical education in manufacturing or related fields
• Prior internship or training in a related industry is a plus but not mandatory
