Description
we are looking for a Delivery Lead (Project Management).
Project Management-Delivery Lead responsibilities include maintaining best
practices of executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they
are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Project manager
should have a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the requirements / user stories
- Prepare project plan and project strategy
- Prepare / enhance scenarios
- Allocate team resources
- Prepare delivery estimates
- Communication and coordination between different cross-
functional teams for resolving issues, updating status / results,
following up on task status
- Facilitate kick-off meetings
- Generate project metrics using pivots in excel / google sheet
- Planning of successful track record of delivering projects on
time and within budget.
- Determine resource needs and raise it as and when required
- Develop project evaluations to identify areas for
improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Identify regression scenarios, sanity cases, UAT cases, performance cases
- Tracking the reported defects
- Creating an project plan
- Organizing, monitoring defect management process
- Interaction with the people of the client side to solve problems and
update the situation.
Required Education /Experience /Skills
- A degree in MBA-IT / MBA-Project Management/Computer Science/ BE /
B.Tech
- 0 to 1 years experience required in Project Management
- Experience of leading / managing team preferred.
- Experience of interacting, coordinating and communicating with clients
- Good knowledge of SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and different
testing methodologies
- Good knowledge on Test Case preparation, review & execution, Defects
review and management, Black Box Testing
- Understanding the Software Requirements specification document.
- Basic knowledge of any programming language
- Basic knowledge of writing and executing SQLs.
- Excellent communication and Comprehension skill.
- Basic knowledge in automation tools like Selenium WD
