Expert in Integration with third party tool for clock-in / Clock-out data

have extensive experience in the following areas:
- 1. Defined Work Schedule/Shift Roster
- 2. Time constraints
- 3. How do you manage Absence/Attendance for paid and unpaid.
- 4. Absence Valuation Process
- 5. How do you approach Time Evaluation and benefits
- 6. Time Schema/PCR - scenario's
- 7. CATS - Experience
- 8. Overtime / Shift scenario's
- 9. Experience in Time interface i.e., Time machine (clock in/out)
- 10. Integration time with payroll and other cross functional (PS/MM/PP)
- Personnel Administration (PA): Managing employee data, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Organizational Management (OM): Structuring and maintaining the organizational hierarchy, including positions,
jobs, and reporting relationships.
- Payroll: Configuring and managing payroll processes, including wage types, deductions, and payroll runs.
- Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS): Implementing and supporting self-service functionalities
for employees and managers.
Qualifications
- Certified SAP HCM Consultant.
- Proven experience in the areas listed above.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
