Job Description

  • Conduct audits of the lending business at various Branch Banking centers to assess compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of lending processes, including loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
  • Identify and analyze risks associated with lending practices and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Stay updated on changes in lending regulations and best practices to ensure the bank's operations remain compliant.
  • Assist in the development of auditing procedures and methodologies specific to the lending business.
  • Participate in training sessions for staff on compliance and risk management related to lending operations.
