JOB Opening For Branch Audit - Assets - Travel Involved

1. Conduct audits of the lending business at various branches and asset centers to assess compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of lending processes, including loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
3. Identify and analyze risks associated with lending practices and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
4. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
5. Stay updated on changes in lending regulations and best practices to ensure the bank's operations remain compliant.
6. Assist in the development of auditing procedures and methodologies specific to the lending business.
7. Participate in training sessions for staff on compliance and risk management related to lending operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors / Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Professional certification (CA, CWA, or equivalent) is preferred.
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of auditing experience, specifically in the banking or NBFC, with a focus on lending business / operations.
4. Strong understanding of lending regulations and risk management principles.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to various stakeholders.
7. Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple audits simultaneously.
