Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines efficiently. The candidate should have hands-on experience in machining processes, ensuring quality production, and adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines (VMC / Turning / Milling) as per production requirements
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders
Set up machines, select tools, and adjust machine parameters
Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and precision
Perform basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance
Measure and inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Maintain production records and daily reports
Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Required Skills Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
15 years of experience as a CNC Operator (freshers can be considered for trainee roles)
Knowledge of CNC programming basics (Fanuc/Siemens preferred)
Ability to read technical drawings
Good understanding of machining tolerances and tools
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Experience
Experience in Hot Runner Manufacturing / Precision Components Industry
Exposure to VMC / HMC machines
