Job Summary

The Accounts Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Bookkeeping
  
  

Maintain proper records of all financial transactions

Handle journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliation

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Prepare bank reconciliation statements

• Financial Reporting
  
  

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Generate MIS reports for management review

Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance

• Taxation Compliance
  
  

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings ( with the help and coordination along with CA His team)

Ensure timely payment of taxes and compliance with regulations

Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits

• Billing Invoicing
  
  

Prepare and verify invoices

Track payments and follow up for outstanding receivables

Ensure accuracy in billing as per agreements

• Payroll Expense Management
  
  

Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement

Monitor reimbursements and expense claims

• Financial Planning Analysis
  
  

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar)

Proficiency in MS Excel

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

35 years of experience in accounts and finance (can be adjusted as needed)

Salary : 40-50k PM
