Experience: 3 to 12 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred)
Job Role Responsibilities
As an
Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales through recruitment and development of life insurance agents.
- Recruit train insurance agents (commission-based)
- Supervise agent activity plans and ensure target achievement
- Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) with agents
- Maintain updates in the Sales Management System
- Motivate agents to participate in Career Progression Programs
- Promote use of digital tools (Agent Portal CRM) for customer management cross-selling
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (Life Insurance preferred)
- Education: Graduate in any stream
