Job Description: Senior Product Design Engineer – Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems

Role: Independently lead the design and development of hydraulic control panels and hydraulic power packs using SolidWorks, from customer specifications to final design validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design hydraulic and pneumatic systems, control panels, and power packs.
• Develop 3D models, assemblies, and production drawings using SolidWorks.
• Perform engineering calculations and select suitable fluid power components.
• Lead and mentor design engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with international clients for technical reviews and design changes.

Required Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10+ years of relevant product design experience.
• Strong SolidWorks skills and expertise in hydraulic power pack and control panel design.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to the USA for design reviews, testing, and commissioning.
• Valid US B1/B2 visa preferred.
