Job Summary

HiringJet.com is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Job Curator to join our growing recruitment operations team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates who want to begin a career in the HRTech or recruitment industry. As a Job Curator, you will be responsible for identifying, verifying, and updating job listings from various sources to ensure our platform offers accurate, relevant, and high-quality opportunities to candidates — especially in the Gulf (GCC) region.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and publish verified job openings from various company websites, portals, and internal databases.
• Ensure all job postings are accurate, well-formatted, and aligned with internal standards.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and priority sectors.
• Regularly monitor job feeds to ensure expired or filled positions are removed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business, Aviation, or Communications).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written communication and research skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Interest in recruitment, HR tech, or talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
