Required Skills
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator with focus on Jira Cloud (SaaS).
Strong understanding of Jira project configurations, issue types, workflow schemes,
permission schemes, and screen schemes.
Experience with Jira automation rules, JQL, and dashboard/report creation.
Familiarity with Confluence and basic administration tasks.
Knowledge of Jira Service Management (request types, SLAs, knowledge base integration).
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-120: Jira Administration for Cloud).
Experience with third-party Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., ScriptRunner, JMWE,
Automation for Jira).
Familiarity with REST APIs for Jira and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
Exposure to ITIL processes or experience working in ITSM environments.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service
Management, Confluence).
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and group configurations.
Design and implement Jira workflows, screens, custom fields, and automation rules.
Support project teams with configuration and integration requirements.
Configure and manage Jira Service Management queues, SLAs, and customer portals.
Monitor system performance, manage updates, and coordinate with Atlassian support for
issue resolution.
Create and maintain project templates, dashboards, and filters for reporting and analysis.
Integrate Jira with other SaaS platforms (Slack, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Salesforce).
Train users and document best practices to support effective Jira usage.
Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
