We are looking for experienced Jira & Confluence Support Engineer to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Atlassian Cloud applications including Jira, Confluence
  • Lead and support migration activities from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud
  • Design, implement, and maintain Jira Service Management projects, including service desk configurations, custom request types, workflows, and automation rules.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain custom scripts using ScriptRunner for Jira and Confluence to automate processes
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and customizations.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 5+ years of proven work experience as an Atlassian Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with administration in Atlassian cloud systems, particularly Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence Cloud administration, including user management, permissions, project configurations, and integrations.
  • Expertise in Atlassian Cloud automation, Jira Service Management, and service desk project setup.
  • Solid experience in migrating from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud,
  • Strong scripting skills using ScriptRunner for Jira/Confluence.
