  • Design, develop, document, and implement technology solutions by studying information needs conferring with users studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Serve as technical resource to design, develop, test and implement new capabilities, or operational improvements.
  • Resolve technical problems using analytical problem-solving methods/techniques and associated tools/devices.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Atlassian technologies (Jira, Confluence, ScriptRunner, Big Picture, Tempo, Comala etc) including configuring, scripting, programming, integrating, data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Work productively in performing activities. Accountable for successful and timely completion of all tasks/projects.
  • Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify and solution improvements to system and processes. Identify ways to utilize Artificial Intelligence with Jira & Confluence.

Primary Skills

  • 3 years experience developing solutions for Jira and Confluence users.
  • Understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SLC) and skilled in documenting architecture, designs, and migration steps
  • Working understanding of relational databases.
  • Proficient in ScriptRunner, Groovy, Maven, JQL, Rest endpoints, Behaviour, Scripted fields
  • Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence REST APIs for integration with other tools like Comala, PDF Exporter, Atlassian Assets, ServiceNow and other integration/automation frameworks.
  • Skilled in planning, architecting, designing and building Atlassian JIRA/Confluence custom plugins.
  • Experienced in managing the Atlassian tool chain including workflows, custom fields, schemes, add-ons, pages, content, spaces, permissions and integrations.
  • An solid understanding of relational databases
  • Working knowledge of software version control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Secondary Skills

  • Experience with Vera, Tosca and/or qTest
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
