We are seeking a full-time Jira Administrator to support our team on-site in Gurugram, India. The Jira Administrator will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining the Jira platform to ensure it meets the organization's needs. Daily responsibilities include configuring Jira workflows, managing user roles and permissions, creating dashboards and reports, troubleshooting user issues, and integrating Jira with other tools. The successful candidate will also oversee platform updates, provide technical support, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

• Experience with Jira configuration, workflow customization, and administration
• Ability to integrate Jira plugins and manage tool integrations
• Knowledge of user role and permission management
• Skills in generating detailed dashboards and reports, ensuring effective usage
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and practical problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with other Atlassian tools is a plus
• Experience with scripting or automation within Jira (e.g., using Groovy or similar languages) is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in cybersecurity and technology-driven environments preferred
