Job Description

Good experience in Installation and Configuration
Proven experience with JIRA Data Center installation, configuration, and support.
Strong knowledge of JIRA architecture and components.
Experience with database management and SQL.
Familiarity with load balancing and clustering technologies.
Ideally some proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation.
Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Automation rules to streamline workflows.
Awareness of Agile methodologies
Preferred: Experience with JIRA Automation
