About the Role

We are looking for a Jira Administrator (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on project management workflows, enterprise collaboration systems, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to Jira administration, workflow automation, issue tracking, reporting, and Agile project management, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world enterprise workflow challenges.

You will collaborate with global AI and operations teams to assess the accuracy, usability, and effectiveness of AI-generated solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance AI systems used for workflow automation, project coordination, and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including workflow configurations, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting setups
  • Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to Jira administration and project management systems
  • Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency
  • Diagnose and solve real-world workflow and system administration challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities
  • Assess AI outputs for accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment with business requirements
  • Identify gaps, configuration issues, or ineffective workflow recommendations in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
  • Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on enterprise workflow management and collaboration systems

Requirements

  • Background in Information Systems, Project Management, Business Operations, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Jira administration, workflow customization, and project configuration
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, issue tracking systems, and process automation
  • Familiarity with Jira integrations, dashboards, permissions, and reporting tools
  • Ability to critically evaluate workflows, automation strategies, and operational processes
  • Experience troubleshooting system or workflow-related issues is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
