Job Description

  • Configuration and Customization : Set up and configure Jira projects, workflows, create and manage custom fields, issue type schemes, screen schemes, notification scheme, priorities scheme and permission schemes to specific projects and teams.
  • Able to setup and manage the Jira filters, reporting, dashboards, JQL.
  • Troubleshoot Jira issues and help the end users.
  • Bulk issue import/Issue migration between projects via CSV.
  • Hands-on Experience on Jira Add-ons like advance roadmaps, zephyr, JSU, Script runner.
  • Admins should be able to manage, configure, administer the add-ons.
  • Able to customize script using the script runner.
