Job Description
- Conduct train the trainer programme for master supervisors and trainers of partners
- Carry out revalidation training for Jio giga fiber associates, engineers and supervisors
- Execute performance coaching and on field mentoring
- Manage trainings on how to handle premium customers for Jio fiber, engineers
- Articulate and draft actual field scenarios and shared with teams at head quarters
- Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content
- Plan and execute buddy ride with newly hired master supervisors
- Ensure handholding of master supervisors for first 30 days
- Monitor and audit buddy ride and certification for Jio fiber, engineers / associates
- Drive periodic audit of training infra readiness at partner premises
- Lead audit of training batches at Jio center and partner premises
- Conduct periodic recertification of trainers and facilitators,
- Pilot mock home readiness with all connected devices
