Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Jewelry Sales professional for a full-time position at V Catapult. The role will be based in multiple locations including Chennai, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Madurai, Thiruvallur, Bangalore, and Tiruvannamalai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for engaging customers and driving sales while maintaining an understanding of jewelry products.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Product knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of jewelry products and craftsmanship to effectively communicate features to customers.
  • Customer service (Mandatory skill): Ability to provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and resolving queries effectively.
  • Sales techniques (Mandatory skill): Skilled in different approaches to selling, persuading customers to make purchases confidently.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly and persuasively with clients and colleagues.
  • Negotiation skills: Capable of negotiating prices and terms successfully to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Visual merchandising: Ability to arrange and present jewelry attractively to engage customers and entice purchases.
  • Networking: Building and maintaining a network with clients and industry professionals to drive sales and market awareness.
  • Problem solving: Quick thinker who can resolve conflicts and challenges that arise in the sales process efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage customers by demonstrating a deep understanding of jewelry products and features.
  • Achieve sales targets by using effective sales techniques and customer service to encourage purchases.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to create appealing product displays that attract customer attention and interest.
