Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Jewelry Sales Executive. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, providing excellent service to clients, and assisting them in selecting jewellery products that suit their needs. Additional tasks involve meeting sales targets, managing product displays, staying updated with market trends, and effectively communicating product features and offers. The role also includes actively contributing to achieving the company's sales goals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build relationships and actively engage with clients.
  • Knowledge of the jewellery industry, including current market trends, product features, and materials.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide tailored recommendations and address customer inquiries.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in handling inventory, product displays, and handling point-of-sale systems is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to market dynamics and contribute to the company's growth initiative.
  • Previous experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
