Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering expert consultations on fine jewelry pieces, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, understanding client preferences, managing showroom presentations, and staying informed on product knowledge and market trends. The Jewelry Sales Executive will work closely with the team to ensure an exceptional experience for clients and represent the Gems Paradise brand at high standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Proven abilities in sales, negotiation, and achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of gemstones, jewelry design, and luxury products
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service within the luxury retail or jewelry industry
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales software, and basic computer skills
  • A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
