Role Description

Zilva is looking for an experienced Jewelry Salesman to manage direct dealings with traders and OEM partners. The role includes regular market visits, explaining Zilva's policies and working process, onboarding new traders, and generating repeat orders from existing partners. Strong relationship-building and sales skills required.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering an excellent Customer Experience
• Experience in Retail Sales, with an ability to meet sales targets and manage store operations
• Passion for jewelry and a creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and solve problems quickly
• Prior sales experience, especially in retail or jewelry, is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or retail will be an advantage Graduate (Any stream)
• Jewelry industry experience preferred (Silver / Gold / 925)
• B2B Sales experience with traders, wholesalers or OEM partners
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and do market visits
• Basic knowledge of pricing, policies & order process
• Ability to generate repeat orders from existing traders
