Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Sales Associate role based in Jaipur. The Jewelry Sales Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product information and guidance to support jewelry selection. Responsibilities include demonstrating product features, handling sales transactions, maintaining visual merchandising and display standards, and ensuring the security and care of jewelry items. The role involves building long-term customer relationships, managing after-sales support, and contributing to sales targets and store performance. The Jewelry Sales Associate will collaborate with team members to maintain a professional, customer-focused environment aligned with KGK Group's brand standards.

• Handle the end-to-end Sales Execution process for the Middle East market.

• Responsible for PO Opening, Order Creation, Pricing & Cataloguing in coordination with the Manager.

• Prepare Offer Sheets based on designs selected by customers.

• Coordinate and follow up with PDD, Diamond, PPC, Production and Shipping teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Handle customer queries by coordinating with relevant internal departments for smooth manufacturing and order execution.

• Act as the key point of contact for customers throughout the production cycle and for day-to-day queries.

• Execute work as per strategies and directions provided by the Manager.

• Maintain and provide required reports/data and MIS to the Manager as per business requirements.

• Ensure timely and accurate updation of orders and related information in the system.
