Role Description The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi and Hyderabad. This position is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and presenting jewelry pieces in a professional and engaging manner. The associate will assist with product selection, explain features and pricing, handle billing and payment processes, and ensure accurate cash and inventory handling. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, keeping the sales area clean and organized, and updating stock information as needed. The role also involves managing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting overall store operations to achieve sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with customers clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess Customer Experience skills to create a welcoming environment and guide customers through the buying process.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills to recommend products, close sales, and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail, with a willingness to learn product details and trends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including weekends or holidays as needed, and collaborate within a team setting.
• Prior experience in Jewellery sales is mandate.
