WE ARE HIRING | JEWELLERY INDUSTRY | SURAT

We are looking for experienced professionals for the following positions with a reputed jewellery manufacturing company in Surat, Gujarat.

1. Jewellery Production Head

• Manage end-to-end jewellery production and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with artisans, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure product quality, production efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and production costs.

2. Jewellery CAD Designer

• Create detailed 2D and 3D jewellery designs using Rhino, Matrix, or similar CAD software.
• Prepare technical drawings and production specifications.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Refine designs according to client requirements and manufacturing standards.

3. Jewellery Sales Manager

• Develop and maintain client relationships and key accounts.
• Present jewellery designs, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
• Drive business development and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet client expectations.

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience in jewellery manufacturing, design, or sales.
• Strong technical drawing, design, and problem-solving skills for relevant roles.
• Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery production techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Relevant diploma or degree preferred.
