Jewelry Merchandiser

Diamond Atelier is a New York–headquartered lab-grown diamond company, with manufacturing in Surat and teams across Mumbai, Delhi and New York. Our jewelry brand, Diamond Forest, is already launched in New York.

We are looking for a Jewelry Merchandiser to manage the backend of our jewelry product operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage product SKUs, master sheets and product databases
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, costing and product information
• Coordinate with production, sales, e-commerce and marketing teams
• Track new products, stock movement and product status
• Prepare merchandising and inventory reports
• Identify stock discrepancies and missing product information
• Manage product listings and updates across e-commerce platforms
• Maintain organized product and collection records

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in jewelry merchandising, product operations or inventory
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Experience handling large product catalogs
• Experience managing a diamond/jewelry e-commerce website is a strong plus
• Experience listing jewelry on Etsy or similar marketplaces is a plus
• Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and jewelry specifications is preferred
