Role Description The Jewelry Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring an organized, efficient, and customer-focused environment. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves supervising sales staff, managing inventory, monitoring visual merchandising, and maintaining brand and quality standards. The Jewelry Manager will advise customers on product selection, provide accurate information on jewelry features and care, and ensure exemplary service throughout the buying journey. Responsibilities for, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with consulting teams on store improvements, and implementing company policies and processes. The role also involves training team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge in jewelry, including materials, designs, quality standards, and care.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Proven experience in store management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and operational oversight.
• Demonstrated sales skills,inventory,merchendise,team management ,training and development..
• Previous experience in jewelry retail or luxury goods is highly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full time acorss india.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency with basic POS systems, inventory tools, and standard office.
