Role Description The Jewelry Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating original jewelry designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include sketching designs, developing detailed drawings, and translating concepts into CAD models for manufacturing. The role involves collaborating closely with production, merchandising, and sales teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with market trends and customer preferences. The designer will review prototypes, refine designs based on feedback, and maintain design documentation and digital archives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South, requiring consistent coordination with the in-house manufacturing units and regular engagement with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to create original jewelry concepts and collections, demonstrating strong Jewelry Design skills.
• Abilities to visualize and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Experience in Jewelry design, with awareness of trends, consumer preferences, and brand positioning.
• Competence in Product Design, including understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, ergonomics, and durability.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools used in jewelry design and modeling.
• Relevant education in Jewelry Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics, especially for diamond and gemstone settings.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborate with manufacturing teams, and manage multiple design projects within deadlines.
• Prior experience in diamond or fine jewelry design and familiarity with traditional and contemporary Indian jewelry styles is an advantage.
• Candidate must have experience in Grasshopper Visual Programming Language (Integrated in Rhinoceros 3D CAD)
