- Ability to conceptualize and execute Jewelry Design and Product Design for fine polki snd diamond jewelry collections.
- Strong Drawing skills for hand sketching, rendering, and visualizing detailed jewelry concepts.
- Strong Production knowledge and ability to overlook and manage artisans.
- Knowledge of fine Jewelry trends and an understanding of materials, finishes, and wearability.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating technical drawings and digital prototypes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, color sense, and a strong appreciation for Indian craftsmanship and heritage design.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with artisans and cross-functional teams, and manage multiple design tasks.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, metal types, and gemstones is an advantage.
